1. When will I be charged?
-- If you choose a monthly subscription plan, you pay monthly. If you prepay, you pay every 3/6/12 months. After the subscription expires, it automatically renews for another fixed term of the same length.

2. When does my box ship and how long will it take to arrive?
-- After you place your order, your box is prepared and packed on the 10th of each month. For priority shipping, we estimate the box will arrive in 7-15 business days.

3. How do I cancel my subscription?
-- You can visit your customer account at bettycora.com and click the "cancel" button. You'll receive any remaining boxes per your most recent renewal, but won't be charged again moving forward. Please make sure to cancel your subscription before your billing date to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle.

4. How do I reactivate my canceled subscription?
-- You can reactivate your subscription via your customer account at bettycora.com. When you reactivate your subscription, you'll be immediately charged for the upcoming box.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received,you’d better return it to us in new condition within 30 days from the delivered date,or we would refuse to accept your request.

It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If not, please feel free to contact with us for more information.

REFUND CONDITIONS:

1. First you need to contact customer service for a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product, once the 30 days have passed, we will no longer accept your refund request.

 2. If it was our mistake that caused you to actually receive the wrong or quality problem item, we will provide a no-obligation refund. Please contact us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction. 

 3. As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

 4. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please ship your item to the address provided in the email and provide us with a tracking number for your return and we will process your refund. Generally, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

Note: Shipping charges and shipping insurance do not support refunds.

Since our products are sold worldwide, although it is a very small probability, your parcel may encounter customs clearance, in this case please contact our customer service at first to assist in solving the problem. However, if you refuse to pick up your package, we will not be able to guarantee a full refund.

2. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address because the customer filled in the wrong address himself, we will provide the information of the logistics provider to assist in modifying the address, but we will not make a refund.

3 . We do not accept returned packages using the cash on delivery service. Return shipping is not refundable. If you send a collect on delivery, we will reject it.
