REFUND CONDITIONS:

  1. First you need to contact customer service for a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product, once the 30 days have passed, we will no longer accept your refund request.

    2. If it was our mistake that caused you to actually receive the wrong or quality problem item, we will provide a no-obligation refund. Please contact us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction. 

    3. As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

     4. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please ship your item to the address provided in the email and provide us with a tracking number for your return and we will process your refund. Generally, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

Note: Shipping charges and shipping insurance do not support refunds.

 

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. Since our products are sold worldwide, although it is a very small probability, your parcel may encounter customs clearance, in this case please contact our customer service at first to assist in solving the problem. However, if you refuse to pick up your package, we will not be able to guarantee a full refund.

    2. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address because the customer filled in the wrong address himself, we will provide the information of the logistics provider to assist in modifying the address, but we will not make a refund.

      3 . We do not accept returned packages using the cash on delivery                         service. Return shipping is not refundable. If you send a collect on delivery,           we will reject it. 

  1. Before you send the returned product to us, please be sure to double check that your returned product is correct. We are not responsible for returns of non-BettyCora - products. 
  1. If you want to apply for a full refund, you have to pay for the shipping cost of returning the nails; if you accept a partial refund (in consultation with BettyCora customer service), you do not need to return the nails.

If the refund is made for the customer's own reasons, such as not liking it, not wanting it anymore, etc., we will need to charge a handling fee of 20% of the selling price for the returned product. Also any original shipping costs or return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it is an error on our part.
